Cooking Mr. Robinson’s Authentic British Bangers

***Always defrost completely before cooking***

We know everyone is different but here is how we like our Bangers cooked, in order of preference.

  1. Pan fry - No oil, low and slow turning often.  Approx 20-30 mins.

(If you really want to be decadent throw a knob of butter in the pan at the end and turn up the heat to caramelize the skins)

  2. Air fryer - Approx 7 mins on 400F.  Give them a shake about half way through.

  3. BBQ - Top shelf away from the flame, turning often on a med/low heat. Approx 20-30 mins.

  4. Oven bake - Non stick baking tray on 350F for 25-30 mins, give them a shake half way through.

If the heat is too hot or too high your bangers may split or “BANG”, hence the name.  Low and slow is always the key.  Don’t worry they will still taste beautiful however you cook them.
